Working with Eki Solutions.

A quotation is an offer. Work starts after you accept a final quotation (not a preliminary estimate) and the deposit on that quote is received, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

The price on an accepted quote stays fixed for the scope written there. Extra work is a new line or a change-order quote you approve before it is built.

Payment follows the split on the quote (usually 30 / 40 / 30, or half and half under KES 100,000). Invoices are due on the date shown. Hosting, domains, M-Pesa, SMS, and similar third-party fees are extra unless the quote names them as included.

Thirty days of support after handover is included unless the quote says otherwise. After that, care is a monthly plan if you take one.

Source files and access that the quote promises are delivered at handover. You remain responsible for licences you buy (domains, app stores, SMS, payment aggregators).

Either side may stop work if invoices stay unpaid after notice, or if the other side cannot continue. Paid work already delivered stays delivered.
