Common questions
Is the online estimate the final price?
No. It is a preliminary figure from your requirements. The studio reviews it and sends a final quotation you can accept.
How do I pay?
Invoices show an M-Pesa number, +254743340198, and bank details when those are set. Deposits are recorded against the invoice.
Can I follow the project?
Yes. Create a client account with the same email used on the quotation. The portal shows quotations, milestones, messages, invoices, and support.
What is not included?
Domains, provider hosting, and third-party fees such as M-Pesa or SMS are separate and named before work starts.
How do I find a quote I was sent?
Open Find a quotation, enter the quote number and the email on it, or use the link from WhatsApp. Registering with that email also puts it in the client portal.
Can I book a call first?
Yes. Book a discovery call or WhatsApp +254743340198. The call is to confirm scope before a final quotation.
What is a change order?
If the work grows after you accept, the studio sends a new quotation for the extra lines. The original price stays fixed until you accept the change.
