Quote
The studio reviews the estimate and sends the final quotation to the same page, plus WhatsApp or email. You cannot accept until it is sent.

Accept
Type your name and accept the terms. A project and the deposit invoice open automatically.

Deposit
Pay by M-Pesa or bank. Use the invoice number as the account. Send the code on the pay page so it can be matched.

Build
Create a client account with the same email, then follow milestones, files, and messages in the portal.

Handover
You get source files and access, a training session, and 30 days of support. Care after that is a monthly plan if you want it.
